Caron – it does seem surprising to me that the biggest story of the week has not been the main subject of any of the articles published by LDV during the week – that of Osborne’s failure to collect a fair amount of corporation tax from Google and other large corporations.
If these corporations did pay their fair share – the austerity measures would not need [or not have needed] to be so severe and/or other important services could be better funded.
