Paddick doubles lead in PinkNews poll

Results of the latest poll from PinkNews are out, with Brian Paddick coming out the winner again. Interestingly, his margin of victory has doubled since the previous poll they conducted.

Vote shares in this online poll were:

Brian Paddick 48% of first preferences (+11%)
Ken Livingstone 32% (-6%)
Boris Johnson 13% (no change)
Others 7% (-5%)

After transfers of second preferences Brian won overall, as in the previous poll, though this time his final margin of victory was 11% up from 5% last time.

  • Ah, if only being gay was a requirement to be able to vote… 😉

  • Bearing in mind the fact that Ken’s mate hasn’t decide yet whether Gays should be hung or have a wall toppled on them, I am surpised he gets any votes at all.

  • Like any poll this shows a distinct bias because of the sample so let’s not all start expecting a win just yet.

However – again as with other polls – look at the direction of travel from the last (equally biassed) Pink News poll – it IS looking good.

  • Serf is right more people must know about Kens support for anti gay extremists like Qaradawi. I’m surprised he did so well 32%!

Johann Hari shouldn’t be duped by Ken’s “I didn’t know much about him” He can rattle of stats but can’t be bothered to find about about the people he invites praises! Paddick may not know stats of the top of his head but he’s a much safer bet. Even Boris is better.
