I must admit I wasn’t expecting Ming Campbell to be one of the worst offenders. He is generally held in high regard by all the parties, but this was not a good day to be him.
And perhaps Cameron threatened anyone with a moat that he’d throw them into it if they didn’t pay back their expenses? Punishment fitting the crime and all that.
