This morning the7th january on the BBC on-line Nick has said that Councils are taking people to Court too quickly when they cannot pay their Council Taxes.

I heard …. that far too many Council staff have Council tax debts……. but are not taken to court – why?

How many Council Staff in the Uk including Scotland and Wales are in debt but are NOT taken to Court.

STAFF means IN employment whereas the people Councils are targeting will be – often – out of work or struggling with debt.

This fact stimulatesd the next question –

“How many government employees are in arrears with their Council Tax payments” perhaps they are waiting for their whopping pensions!
